All course fees must be paid before the start of the programme.
If a participant cancels participation at least 7 days before the course start date, a full refund may be issued.
If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the course start date, the payment may be partially refunded or transferred to another course.
No refunds are issued after the course has started.
