1. MODULEBusiness foundations and strategic positioning
- This module introduces participants to key tools for effective business management and development: time management, Google and AI tools, storytelling and brand history building. It covers defining mission, vision, values, and SMART goals, visualising products and completed projects, conducting SWOT and PESTEL analyses, and leveraging modern online resources for strategic business positioning.
2. MODULELegal compliance and business relationships
- This module covers the key aspects of legal security and partnership management in business. Participants will learn about obtaining permits, registering trademarks and patents, and building effective relationships with partners, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth company operations.
3. MODULEMarketing strategy and promotion tools
- This module focuses on building an effective marketing and PR strategy for the company. Participants will explore market and competitor analysis, annual marketing planning, and selecting industry‑specific exhibitions and platforms for promotion. It also covers creating presentation materials, loyalty programs, and referral bonuses to boost sales and brand recognition.
4. MODULEOrganisational structure, staff and reporting
- This module focuses on building an effective company structure and managing teams. Participants will learn how to define organisational hierarchy, identify required staff, and implement motivation and reporting systems. Participants will create a Business Model Canvas, refine their project during a Q&A session, receive expert recommendations, and get ready for the defense. The final stage includes collecting feedback and participant reflection to evaluate progress and outcomes.
7. MODULEFinal presentation and recommendations
- The final module is dedicated to presenting participants’ projects — both new business ideas and existing businesses — to experts and peers. After the defense, participants will receive feedback and recommendations for further development of their projects and summarise the programme’s key takeaways.
