He is the founder of ATLEAD Limited, delivering leadership and management programmes that help SMEs drive sustainable growth and productivity. Abimbola lectures on the MBA programme at the University of West London and teaches at Arden University. He has a strong background in leadership training, programme development, and strategic consulting for businesses and universities. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a member of ILM, the Chartered Institute of Management, and CIPD.
